We are currently located on the ground-level of the Mechanics Hall Building. Many bus routes travel past this location. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Customer service representatives are available to assist transit riders with Routing & Schedule Information, System Maps, Bus Fares, 31-Day Passes, Snow Routes, Holiday Schedules at either location during our regular business hours listed above or via phone from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at (508) 453-3462 or from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at (508) 791-2389.

All questions directed to members of the Advisory Board shall be referred to the Chairman, the Vice Chairman or the Administrator unless the board member desires to speak directly to the press on a topic of personal concern to the member. In offering any direct communication, the board member must clearly state that all comments are personal comments and do not represent the views of the board as a whole.
Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC)
The WRTA contracts with the Central Mass Regional Planning Commission to provide transit planning, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Elders and Disabled Planning, job access (Welfare to Work), and other related services.
