Notice is hereby given that the Worcester Regional Transit Authority (WRTA) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation Goal in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation Regulations at 49 CFR Part 26.

WRTA’s goal for DBE Participation for Federal Fiscal Year 2010 shall be three point one (3.1) percent of funds expended in U.S. Department of Transportation assisted contracts.

The goal and description of the methodology used to determine the goal are available for inspection during normal business hours at the WRTA office at

287 Grove Street, Worcester, MA 01605.  The goal will be available for thirty (30) days following the date of publication of this notice.  WRTA will accept comments on its goal for forty-five (45) days from the date of publication of this notice.  Comments may be sent to WRTA or the Federal Transit Administration at the following addresses.
