What if I leave something on the bus?

If you lose an item on the bus and we find it, you may pick it up at the WRTA Administrative Office at 287 Grove Street, Worcester [ map ], Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. You may also call 508.791.9782 during these hours to ask about your lost item. Items are held for 30 days. The WRTA cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please Note: In Spring 2013, the WRTA Main office will be moving to the WRTA Transportation Hub located at Union Station.
