Get “on board” with the WRTA - the best bargain in town!

Since 1979, the cost of general goods and services has risen an astronomical 230.49 percent in the United States. The cost of an average cup of coffee has gone from 35 cents in 1979 to approximately $1.39 today. That’s an increase of 298.5 percent!

However, throughout the last three decades, the WRTA has strived to increase fares as minimally as possible.  By keeping fares well below inflation level, as well as offering discounted monthly passes, 10 ride tickets, and the popular all-day pass that increases savings even more, the WRTA has become one of the best bargains in town.
