WRTA Advisory Board Audit and Finance Committee Executive Session Meeting Notice

In accordance with G.L. c. 39 §§ 23A-23C and 24, the Massachusetts Open meeting Law, the Worcester Regional Transit Authority Advisory Board Audit and Finance Committee has scheduled to meet in an Executive Session meeting for July 28, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. to be held In Person by committee members. Agenda: Contract Negotiations — Executive session — the committee will meet in executive session to discuss the contract negotiations. Return to Open Session for the sole purpose of adjournment.

Notice: There is no business from the public and excluding the board officers in attendance it is a non-participation members meeting.  Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the WRTA and the chair so declares, pursuant, to G.L.c.30A, sec 21(3).
