WRTA Customer Service Notice: New Hours begin January 1, 2015
New hours for the Customer Service Center at 60 Foster Street will start on January 1, 2015. The hours will be Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

60 Foster St., once 14 Cherry St., Worcester
The new WRTA headquarters next to Union Station has an address of 60 Foster St., but its predecessor on the site more than 50 years ago had an address of 14 Cherry St. The former site of Pratt & Inman might just as well have (and part of its complex did have) an address on Washington Square, all a testament to both the complicated intersection we all know as Washington Square (not a square at all) as well as the changing forces of transportation and urban renewal.
