WRTA CUSTOMER BULLETIN: Bus Arrival Time Signs at Union Station Hub Will Have New Message, Effective Monday June 2, 2014
Effective Monday June 2, 2014 the Bus Arrival Time signs located at Union Station Hub and locations throughout the city will have a new message.
The current display show DUE when the bus should be arriving. To better serve our customers the new message will show ARR, which means that the bus has arrived to the destination and is ready for boarding. (see example below)
