The Blizzard this week has presented us with many challenges, snow, ice, and cold temperatures, leaving mountainous snow banks and narrow streets. Our bus operators are doing their best to transport you safely to your destination, stay on regular routes and on schedule however, under these extreme conditions it is not always possible. The City continues the cleanup effort and delays are expected until they are completed.

The WRTA owns 35 bus shelters and will clear them out and will also clear all the bus stops in the downtown area. Throughout the City there are over 1,400 bus stops and it would be impossible for us to get to all of them so we would like to encourage you to clear out stops in your neighborhood.

The WRTA values your ridership and is making every effort to keep service running safely as close to schedule as possible.
