WRTA Advisory Board:
The WRTA Advisory Board includes members from each community in the WRTA’s service area. Find out who represents your town, and let your voice be heard!

The policy of the WRTA Advisory Board concerning communications with the press (print, radio, television, Internet, or other) shall be as follows:

All questions directed to members of the Advisory Board shall be referred to the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson or the Administrator unless the board member desires to speak directly to the press on a topic of personal concern to the member. In offering any direct communication, the board member must clearly state that all comments are personal comments and do not represent the views of the board as a whole.

The WRTA Advisory Board is accepting from the general public submitted inquires and/or comments for board/committee addressing.   Inquires and/or comments submitted will be discussed at  the  “Business from the Public” agenda item (when posted).   Submissions can be emailed to admin@therta.com, phoned in to customer service at 508-791-9782 or via feedback form on the website; therta.com.  Inquiries will be reviewed and address at the next scheduled board or committee meeting. Please submit your inquiry at least 48 hours before the next meeting date to be considered for the most recent meeting.

Advisory Board meetings will continue to be held via remote sessions in compliance with the Governor’s extension of pandemic-era policies (6.16.21) malegislature.gov/Bills/192/S2475- which extends to remote public meetings.

Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC)
The WRTA contracts with the Central Mass Regional Planning Commission to provide transit planning, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Elders and Disabled Planning, job access (Welfare to Work), and other related services.
