Contact Information

You must leave your contact information (at minimum your phone or e-mail address) in order for us to respond to your Lost and Found Inquiry.

Item and Investigation Information

Please provide us with as much detail as possible to assist in our investigation.

Provide additional information/details on your item (Brand, Color, etc)

If you think you lost an item on the bus please contact 508-791-9782, choose option 5  and leave your name, contact number and a detailed description of the item lost.   If the item is located you will be contacted and the item will be  sent to the Customer Service Center at 60 Foster Street, Worcester, MA for pick up.   Please allow a minimum of forty-eight hours for a return call.   A valid ID will be needed at the time of pick up of your item.
Hours of Operation at the Customer Service Center are Monday – Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Saturday 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.

You can also report a lost item by filling out our Lost and Found Web form.  Items are held for 30 days.  The WRTA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
