Lost and Found Claim Form

If you lose an item on the bus and we find it, please contact 508-791-9782 option 1 to see if the item has been found. If the item has been located arrangements will be made to have the item sent to the Customer Service Center at 60 Foster Street, Worcester, MA for pick up.
Hours of Operation are at the Customer Service Center are Monday – Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Saturday 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.

You can report a lost item, by filling out our Lost and Found Web form Items are held for 30 days. The WRTA cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles.

You must leave your contact information (at minimum your phone or e-mail address) in order for us to respond to your Lost and Found Inquiry.
