Agenda: Finance: Update on the Audit Report (FY`18) prepared for the WRTA by the Auditor for the Commonwealth, Update for a review on 5-year Capital Plan. Report: The status of the Contract Negotiations with Local 22 Amalgamated Transit Union. First Transit, PBSTM, CMRPC and others. Executive session – Discuss Contract Negotiations – The Board will meet in executive session to discuss the contract negotiations. Return to Open Session. ADVISORY BOARD ACTION ITEM: Vote to accept the contract offer by Local 22 Amalgamated Transit Union as proposed.
