Worcester Regional Transit Authority Open Meeting Notice for the Public. The WRTA Advisory Board met on Thursday, January 17, 2019, at 8:30am at WRTA Hub 60 Foster Street, Worcester MA 01608. Agenda: Reports: Update on FY`2020 Budget Process, Update on Grants, January 29, 2019 WRTA/City of Worcester Legislative Taskforce Public Outreach Meeting. First Transit, PBSTM, CMRPC and others. Personnel Committee: Recommendation from the Personnel Committee. ADVISORY BOARD ACTION ITEM: Vote on the recommendation by the Personnel Committee. Executive Session – discuss Negotiations for the Contract – The Board will meet in executive session to discuss the negotiations for the Contract, pursuant, to G.L. c.30A, sec 21 (8). The Board will then return to Open Session for the sole purpose to adjourn.
