Worcester Regional Transit Authority Open Meeting Notice for the Public. The WRTA Advisory Board will meet on Thursday, April 18, 2019, at 8:30am at WRTA Hub 60 Foster Street, Worcester MA 01608.  AGENDA: Audit & Finance Committee: FY’2020 budget review, Board Action Item:  Consideration of any recommendations to vote on the projected FY’2020 Budget as presented. Reports: Budget 2020, Update on Legislative Taskforce, Update on Grant Awards, Start of Contract Negotiations with Local 22 Amalgamated Transit Union. Other:  Re-routing Presentation – CMRPC & CMTM, Board Action Item:  to authorize the administration to hold public hearings in regards to the service modifications as presented by administration.  First Transit, PBSTM, and others. Executive Session – to conduct strategy sessions with respect to collective bargaining –  The Board will meet in executive session to conduct strategy sessions with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and if the chair so declares, pursuant, to G.L. c.30A, sec 21(3).  The Board will then return to Open Session for the sole purpose to adjourn.
