The Worcester Regional Transit Authority Open Meeting Notice for the Public. The WRTA Advisory Board met on Thursday, June 20, 2019, at 8:30am at WRTA Hub 60 Foster Street, Worcester MA 01608.  AGENDA: Election of the Advisory Board Officers: Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer and Clerk.REPORTS:  Budget update FY`19, Budget 2020, Amendments to the WRTA Code of Conduct Policy, Start of Contract Negotiations with Local 22 Amalgamated Transit Union. First Transit, PBSTM, and others. Executive Session – to conduct strategy sessions with respect to collective bargaining –  The Board will meet in executive session to conduct strategy sessions with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and if the chair so declares, pursuant, to G.L. c.30A, sec 21(3).  The Board will then return to Open Session for the sole purpose to adjourn.
