Worcester Regional Transit Authority Open Meeting Notice for the Public. The WRTA Advisory Board met on Thursday, April 29,  2021, at 8:30am to be via webinar on Zoom due to the Governor’s State of Emergency provisions for public meetings.

Agenda: Business from the public*:  Business from Advisory Board Members: New business. Business from the Audit & Finance Committee: Report and Recommendation from the Audit & Finance committee on the FY`22 budget as presented.  Action Item: To consider adoption of the FY`22 Budget. Business from the Personnel Committee: Report on the Administrator’s annual review, Report on the Administrator’s contract. Action Item: Consider recommendation of Personnel Committee regarding enacting extension as defined in the contract. Discuss option of assistant administrator.  REPORTS: Brief Presentation of the WRTA’s Title VI Public Participation Document, Report on responses of RFP pertaining to the fare collection system. First Transit, PBSTM, CMRPC and others.
