There is no doubt that the Worcester Regional Transit Authority’s ongoing modernization of its fleet and operation has brought riders an array of improved services.
The agency’s state-of-the-art downtown hub, which was completed last year, promises more efficient service to the city and the approximately 36 communities it serves in Central Massachusetts. The agency has also worked closely with local colleges and businesses, such as UMass Memorial Medical Center, to better align its bus schedules with employees work hours.
