Worcester Regional Transit Authority Open Meeting Notice for the Public. The WRTA Advisory Board Personnel Committee will meet on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 8:30am at WRTA Hub 60 Foster Street, Worcester MA 01608. Agenda: Executive Session – the committee will meet in executive session to review information prepared by the Collins Center regarding the background information and references for the selected candidates for Administrator’s position, Pursuant to G.L.c.30A, sec 21(3). Personnel Committee returning to open session. Prepare a recommendation for the WRTA Advisory Board. If no recommendation is advanced the committee will discussion options for going forward.
