You may purchase 1-Day 31-Day Passes at a variety of locations throughout the WRTA area. Tickets and passes can be purchased directly at:

WRTA Customer Service Center, 60 Foster Street, Worcester [ View the WRTA Customer Service Center map ]. Ticket Vending Machines are also available at this location.

Cash, pre-approved checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards may be used to purchase tickets and passes at the above locations. To order via mail, send your request with a pre-approved check or your credit card information to WRTA, 42 Quinsigamond Ave, Worcester, MA 01610.

PLEASE NOTE: The WRTA is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets or passes. These items carry a dollar denomination; treat them as you would money as they will not be replaced by the WRTA.
